Having a beard is a very involved process, as all of those reading know, and only the finest products should be used if you want your follicle forest growing healthy enough to carry all those pocket tools you don't want found by the enemy. Today, I bring an excellent product for the care and maintenance of your beard: Beach Bum balm by Soap-A-Licious.
I realize the company name doesn't inspire feelings of raw meat, fist fights, or quiet cigar breaks in between black ops, but they haven't let me down yet! They make high quality, natural as you can get soaps, balms, scrubs, and other spa necessities to take of you. Which is the most important part of anything.

Having had tons of their stuff myself, varying from soaps to almost every balm and beard shampoo, and it takes quite a bit to impress my face fro.

Well, Beach Bum has. From the refreshing scent of coconut, to the smooth feel of it going on, you have a circus for the senses. It comes as all good balms do, inside a sturdy metal container (mine, as seen in the pics, is a trial size so it differs in only this way) with a cool label denoting the awesome contained within. Opening, its a solid chink, opaque white like coconut oil, and easily scoops up with minimal pressure applied. Some balms are a bit more solid at room temperatures, so this was pretty pleasant. After a small amount of time getting the size of the balm I needed, which varies by beard size, it was quickly and evenly dispersed on the inner sides of both hands, no chunks or globby areas.

Went on smooth, coated easily, and the smell is wonderful. Like board wax and pina coladas on a warm day. Its a very relaxing and subtle scent, so no one should be telling you to stop rolling in it.

Recommended for anyone who wants a clean, manly scent, in a product that is easy to apply to any type of facial accoutrements they wish to condition, moisturize, and control with minimal mess.
